With 1.4 GW planned capacity and ten hyperscale buildings, Frontier is one of the largest data center developments currently underway in the United States.
CSI Engineering is engaged as the MEP verification and commissioning partner on a fast track delivery model. Our team confirms installation quality, system completeness, and performance against project specifications, while driving structured testing and commissioning to protect schedule and operational reliability.
Parallel civil verification is delivered by CITEX, enabling unified quality coverage from foundations and structures through to full MEP system handover.
The project is being executed at high speed with multiple buildings and utility phases progressing in parallel.
