Marassi Terraces

Scope of Work:
CSI is the Commissioning Authority (CxA) for all MEP and ELV/ICT systems. CSI shall act on behalf of the Client to plan, manage, verify, and document the commissioning process for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ELV/ICT systems.

The CxA’s role is to ensure that all systems are designed, installed, tested, and operate according to the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), design intent, and applicable codes/standards.

Description
Marassi Terraces is uniquely designed from the outside–in. Defined by an innovative terrace concept, the project delivers an elevated outdoor lifestyle. The innovative exterior of Marassi Terraces is minimalist by design and calming by nature.

The connection with the outdoors delivers an indoor–outdoor living experience. A cluster of wrap-around balconies grace all corners of both buildings.
